Description

We are looking for an constuction industry experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Officer to join our construction company in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding
  • Source and recruit white-collar professionals, including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, commercial staff, HSE professionals and other technical personnel
  • Develop and manage effective talent-attraction channels for recruitment across all levels of the company
  • Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities and professional networks
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
  • Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment reports
  • Maintain an updated candidate database
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, notice periods and joining formalities

Desired Candidate Profile


Experience:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience within the UAE construction industry
  • Proven experience recruiting white-collar, engineering and technical employees
  • Familiarity with UAE employment practices and construction-sector manpower requirements

Education:

  • MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
  • HR or recruitment certification will be an added advantage


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong candidate-sourcing and headhunting abilities
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines
  • Good negotiation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant-tracking systems
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail

  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  3. Maintain office records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
  7. Monitor office inventory and procure stationery and other office requirements.
  8. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training programs.
  9. Maintain employee attendance records and support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  10. Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records as required.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  12. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
