Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Education industry. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Expatriate Services Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to ensuring the organization remains a preferred employer for both professionals and experienced expatriates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, overseeing both in-house and outsourced services, and coordinating activities related to the recruitment, onboarding, and relocation stages.
  • Proactively develop creative solutions and new strategies for constant improvement in expatriate and repatriate transitions.
  • Prepare employment agreements and related salary packages.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in HR or other relevant field of studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experiences
