As a service company specializing in recruitment and the management of highly skilled personnel, Stoltd Partner ensures the placement of technical profiles in the oil and gas industry. We operate primarily in Marine, Subsea (Diving & R.O.V.), Inspection and Maintenance, and Offshore Transport activities. Stoltd Partner deploys professionals ranging from technicians to expert engineers/specialists, mainly based in West Africa and the Middle East.
In an expanding international context, we are recruiting in Dublin a Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment (50%)

  • Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Identify and engage top talent through CV databases, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on technical and soft skills.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain and update the talent pool with the best profiles.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping the Client to find and hire quality candidates.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

Client Relations (10%)

  • Work closely with Client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Liaise with Client for validation of a candidate’s profile

Candidate Relations (15%)

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Foster strong relationships keeping in touch with quality candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate selection and validation process.
  • Support candidates with necessary documentation and compliance requirements.

HR & Administrative Support (25%)

  • Format CVs and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Update recruitment reports and internal databases.
  • Liaise with HR team for follow up process
