Job Details Job Location: Chantilly, VA 20151 POSITION OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will lead recruiting and core HR operations. This role is split between full-cycle recruitment (40–50%) and HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits, and compliance. The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will partner with leadership to attract top talent, enhance employee experience, and maintain scalable HR practices for the Company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles and locations Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and community programs Represent the company at career fairs and outreach events Onboarding & Employee Experience Design and deliver a seamless onboarding process Support benefits administration and lead open enrollment Promote a positive and inclusive culture through engagement initiatives Training & Development Coordinate performance management processes Identify skill gaps and implement training programs Maintain compliance records for training and development HR Compliance & Policy Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Address employee relations concerns professionally and consistently Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in recruiting Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Proficiency with ATS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in construction or trades industry preferred
