As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and well-connected Talent Acquisition & HR

Specialist to help us build a high-performing sales organization.

About the Role

This is first and foremost a recruitment role.

Your primary responsibility will be to continuously identify, headhunt, attract, and hire experienced real

estate agents and sales professionals to join HEAVEN Properties. This is an ongoing talent

acquisition role focused on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates—not a one-time

hiring project.

Alongside recruitment, you will support key HR initiatives, employee engagement, and HR operations,

working closely with senior management to strengthen our people function.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

● Continuously and proactively headhunt, source, and recruit high-performing real estate

agents and sales professionals to join Heaven Properties, maintaining a strong and active

talent pipeline at all times.

● Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, outreach, candidate screening,

interviews, assessments, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

● Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies through LinkedIn,

NaukriGulf, job portals, referrals, networking events, real estate communities, social media,

and direct headhunting to consistently attract top-performing talent.

● Build, expand, and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai's real estate industry,

including agencies, brokerages, industry events, and referral channels.

● Assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication, negotiation skills, motivation, and

alignment with a high-performance sales culture.

● Track recruitment KPIs, maintain talent pipeline reports, and provide regular hiring updates

and insights to senior management.

● Partner closely with senior management to understand business growth targets and translate

them into proactive and ongoing recruitment strategies.

HR Specialist

● Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies,

processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations.

● Partner with management to drive employee engagement, performance management,

organizational development, and employee retention initiatives.

● Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee-related matters while fostering a positive,

collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

● Support initiatives that enhance employee development, retention, and overall organizational

effectiveness.

● Prepare HR reports, workforce insights, and people analytics to support management

decision-making.

● Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UAE labor regulations and internal company

policies

Desired Candidate Profile

3–5 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience within Dubai/UAE. ● Proven experience recruiting sales professionals or real estate agents. ● Existing network within Dubai's real estate industry is a strong advantage. ● Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. ● Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with continuous headhunting.
