Job Description Job Description: Review and manage candidates’ application process in various platforms and channels Initiate and coordinate interview scheduling process Manage candidates' enquiries through general email account and Chatbot Perform data analysis on candidates journey and experience through the automation platforms Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner Assist in applicants' progression in Success Factor (ATS) to final stage prior to offer approvals Tracking of candidates’ onboarding progress and readiness to commence employment (CMFAS; EP; Background checks etc.) Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner Ad-hoc assistance in other recruitment related matters Job Requirements: Minimum 6 months commitment Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
