About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Mass Hiring), you will support the recruitment team in handling high-volume hiring operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening coordination, data tracking, and interview administration to ensure smooth daily hiring activities. This role is suitable for individuals who are highly organized, comfortable working with targets, and eager to learn about recruitment operations at scale. What you’ll do - Support candidate sourcing from job portals and other channels - Conduct initial screening for selected roles - Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases - Support bulk hiring events and walk-in interview days - Help prepare daily hiring reports and data summaries - Ensure timely follow-up with candidates What we’re looking for - Final-year student or fresh graduate (HR, Psychology, Management, or related field preferred) - Strong willingness to work with targets and high daily activity volume - Good communication skills and confident in making outbound calls - Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets - Detail-oriented and responsive - Available for minimum 3–6 months internship period - Willing to work onsite (WFO) in South Jakarta
