TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets for tracking)
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, recruiting tools, project management tools (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, , etc.)
  • Data-minded: ability to track and analyze simple recruitment KPIs

Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in assessments
  • Assist in drafting job postings and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
  • Join ongoing recruitment projects like campus hiring, diversity initiatives, and branding campaigns
  • Assist with onboarding support and training content
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and share ideas to improve how we hire
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required
