This role offers hands‑on exposure to talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment team with end‑to‑end hiring activities for interns and experienced hires Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting Coordinate interviews and manage interview logistics Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system/ shared tracking file Prepare recruitment reports and support ad‑hoc TA projects Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements: Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented with good organizational and time‑management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Interest in talent acquisition and human resources Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms (an advantage but not required) What You Will Gain: Hands‑on experience in corporate recruitment and talent acquisition Exposure to stakeholder management and candidate engagement Mentorship from experienced HR and TA professionals Opportunity to develop a strong foundation for a career in Human ResourcesCommitment Period: Full time, 6 months Include your available commitment period in your resume.
