We are experts in moderating online user generated content. This position will play a key role in supporting our recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, allowing you to grow your Talent Acquisition skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Experience conducting interviews (student organization or internship experience is a plus). Highly computer literate with excellent administrative and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, resilient, and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment. Available for a full-time on-site internship (9 AM-6 PM WITA) for a period of three months. Responsibility Post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms. Assist in organizing company events such as campus hiring programs, job fairs, and career talks. Conduct CV screening and initial screening calls with candidates. Support employer branding initiatives by assisting in content creation. Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the recruiting database and candidate files.
