Summary Position:   Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels & HomeworkingWhen will you start? As from January 2026How long will it last? 6 months   Nestlé is seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Talent Acquisition intern. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting Recruitment and Employer Branding activities.   As an intern in HR Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, you will play a key role in the complete recruitment and selection process for interns within the Nestlé Belgilux Group (including Nestlé, Nespresso, Nesquik, Nescafé, etc.). Additionally, you will contribute to Nestlé's Employer Branding efforts. As part of the Campus Recruitment team, you will also have the opportunity to plan and attend events such as job fairs.    Your Responsibilities:    Recruitment: •    Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs•    Post job offers on various platforms•    Select and interview applicants•    Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process•    Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found•    Monitor and evaluate interns' performance•    Creating a network of interns within Nestlé  Employer Branding: •    Plan and attend events e.g., job fairs, workshops… •    Update the weekly vacancies overview•    Assist in creating communication and visual materials•    Support the team in improvement projects•    Run and launch campaigns (video’s, testimonials...)  What will make you successful?   •    You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong level of English•    You have completed or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field•    You are detail-oriented and have a structured approach to work •    You have strong communication skills, you are proactive and able to work independently   We look forward to welcoming a dedicated intern who is eager to contribute to our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives.
