About the role We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and the opportunity to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition role based on performance. Essential Functions Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives Supporting onboarding coordination when required Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Required Qualifications Recent graduates or final-year students (HR, Business or related fields preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone/video Passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
