Job Descriptions: Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms. Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Maintain and update the internal recruitment database. Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude. Passion for people, culture, and development. Availability to work in a hybrid setting.
