Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in mass-hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for various roles within our company. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process for the Management Trainee program. Assist in developing and implementing mass-hiring strategies to attract top talent for our company. Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications: Undergraduate students of psychology or a related subject. Should have at least 3 months' internship experience in recruitment. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at the same time. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software is a plus. Available to work full-time for the duration of the apprenticeship and placement in Astha SCBD, South Jakarta Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
