About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support non-tech hiring while learning the fundamentals of recruitment operations, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for someone curious about people, hiring, and business, who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Your Role As a TA Intern, you will support hiring across a range of non-tech roles, while working closely with the Recruitment Lead and hiring managers. You’ll help keep hiring pipelines healthy, improve candidate experience, and build foundational recruitment skills. What You’ll Do Hiring Support Assist in end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles, including job posting, screening, scheduling, and coordination Support hiring waves by managing candidate pipelines and ensuring smooth interview processes Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic role fit and interest Stakeholder Coordination Work with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and timelines Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring status Help manage interview logistics and feedback collection Sourcing & Pipeline Building Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Help build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles Learn to adapt sourcing strategies based on role needs and urgency Data & Reporting Track hiring metrics such as pipeline volume, interview-to-offer ratios, and time-to-fill Maintain ATS data accuracy and documentation Support reporting and insights for recruitment planning What You Bring Education / Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields Prior internship or campus hiring exposure is a plus but not mandatory Interest in Talent Acquisition Curious about recruitment, people operations, and hiring processes Willing to learn about interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management Execution & Ownership Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable handling coordination tasks and follow-ups Communication Skills Clear verbal and written communication Professional and candidate-friendly approach Tools & Tech Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools is a plus Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking
