Job Description: Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes. Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records. Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives. Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment, talent management and talent development. Proficient in Graphic Design (Flyer & Video), Copy Writing. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
