Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic corporate recruitment team. You will gain hands-on HR experience by assisting with daily recruitment operations, optimizing candidate experiences, and actively contributing to strategic employer branding and process improvement initiatives to help us attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities: General TA Support: Support end-to-end recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases. Employer Branding Activations: Assist in planning offline events and building strategic partnerships with universities, media outlets, and community groups. Onboarding Alignment: Assist in auditing, standardizing, and coordinating onboarding materials to ensure a seamless and consistent new hire experience. Experience Analytics: Distribute, track, and compile feedback from candidate and hiring manager surveys to help identify process improvements. Career Page Optimization: Conduct competitor research and audit the current company career page to support upcoming content and engagement improvements. Project Administration: Provide ongoing administrative and logistical support for various HR initiatives to enhance overall talent attraction strategies. Qualifications: Final-year or Fresh Graduates of Psychology or any related major Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at the same time. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software is a plus. Available to work full-time for the duration of the apprenticeship and placement in Astha SCBD, South Jakarta Fluent in English.
