As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team, primarily focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent for entry-level, support, and Operations–related roles, while also assisting with other recruitment initiatives as required. 🌟 What You’ll Do Utilize internal channels and job portals to actively source and engage with potential candidates. Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial interviews for selected positions under the guidance of the recruitment team. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring assessments, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed. ✅ What We’re Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate from any major. Previous internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred. Hands-on experience in headhunting and building candidate pipelines across multiple channels and professional networks is an advantage. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
