Your mission should you choose to accept it… As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide support to our ambitious TA team with day to day activities. You’ll experience a steep learning curve on anything recruitment and people operations; either when you’re assisting our recruiters with their hiring process or deep-diving into our data and reporting, you’ll be at the forefront of it all. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with your team, hiring managers and candidates. You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months, starting in February 2026. What You’ll Do You are our superglue, by partnering with the recruiters and respective hiring managers, you make sure stuff gets done when it needs to along the entire recruitment cycle. Together with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations, you’ll partner on our intern program, bringing all TSH interns together and creating one connected community. Your wizard-like organizational skills allow you to ensure our ATS and other support docs are kept up to date at all times. You keep it cool when things don't go according to plan and are prepared to find a quick solution to solve the issue.
