Responsibilities
  • Participate in the entire recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform, including position administration, candidate interviews and evaluation arrangements and metrics reports.
  • Support the maintenance of the ATS platform through consistent update of candidate profiles by tags and filters.
  • Handle interview coordination and other recruitment related tasks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain data dashboards to visualize recruitment performance and provide insights to the TA team.
  • Assist in identifying process inefficiencies using data insights and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing top candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
