We are growing and looking for a hands-on, people-oriented Talent Acquisition & L&D Specialist to join our HR team and support our continued expansion. In this role, you will serve as a key Talent Acquisition Specialist for Entain & 365Scores. You will be responsible for recruiting technical talent and contributing to people development initiatives, with a strong focus on manager enablement and leadership development. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical recruitment experience with a passion for learning, development, and working closely with managers. Responsibilities Act as the primary Talent Acquisition Specialist for Entain & 365Scores. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruitment process. Lead and support recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing. Apply strong understanding of technologies roles to assess candidate fit beyond initial screening. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Support Learning & Development initiatives, with a focus on management and leadership-related content. Assist in designing and delivering trainings, workshops, and learning programs for managers and people leaders. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support manager development and organizational growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization development or a related field – MUST. 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from tech companies - MUST. Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or manager-focused training – MUST. Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English. Experience with recruiting and HRIS systems, familiarity with Comeet and HiBob is an advantage.
