We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for the APJ region to join us in protecting the digital world. As the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for APJ, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and lead full-cycle recruitment across the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Based in Singapore, you will oversee and drive hiring across all functions and departments, with significant focus on Sales and technical roles within R&D. This role requires a strategic, hands-on talent leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels — partnering closely with APJ Senior Leadership and hiring managers while managing a high-volume, fast-paced requisition load across multiple countries including Singapore, Japan, India, and other APJ markets. You will play a critical role in strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across diverse markets and role types. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and manage all stages of the recruitment process across the APJ region for all functions including sales, R&D/Engineering, Product, GTM, Corporate and Support roles. This includes developing compelling job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation and closing. Strategic Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with APJ Senior Leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, organizational priorities, and team dynamics. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent acquisition strategies with regional growth objectives and workforce planning. Talent Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the APJ region. Drive proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent across multiple markets. Process Optimization & Candidate Experience: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment and interview processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with company goals. External Search & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners across APJ. Determine when to leverage agency support, align on role requirements, and ensure delivery against quality, timeline, and cost expectations while maintaining a consistent candidate experience. Market Intelligence & Advisory: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies and attract high-caliber candidates. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Director of TA and APJ Leadership on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with global Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and People Operations to ensure a cohesive approach to hiring and seamless integration with broader HR initiatives and onboarding. WHAT YOU BRING: Experience: 5–8+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Demonstrated experience leading hiring across APJ, particularly Singapore, Japan, and India. Proven track record recruiting across multiple functions, including both technical (R&D, engineering) and non-technical roles (Sales, GTM, Corporate). Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and influencing hiring strategy. Experience within a technology or SaaS environment strongly preferred Skills - Strong ability to: Build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across all levels of the organization. Leverage analytics and reporting to provide updates on a recurring basis Develop and execute new recruitment strategies while managing mulitple recruitment processes simultaneously. Manage competing priorities and stakeholders in a continuously evolving environment Knowledge: Deep understanding of regional labor markets, hiring practices, and cultural nuances across APJ. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees and HR certifications are a plus. Traits: Strategic yet hands-on execution mindset. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Highly organized with prioritization abilities. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
