JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruitment function for a group of companies. This role involves leading a multicultural recruitment team, setting strategic hiring goals, and ensuring we attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams with multiple nationalities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or related group of companies is a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
