We are looking for an experienced HR Officer – Recruitment to handle the company’s complete staff hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and hire staff as per company requirements.

· Find suitable candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, social media, job portals and personal networks.

· Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

· Arrange interviews with management.

· Maintain a database/network of suitable candidates for future requirements.

· Handle urgent hiring requirements.

· Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.

· Build a strong recruitment network in the UAE.

Requirements

· Minimum 3–6 years UAE recruitment experience preferred.

· Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.

· Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn and social media recruitment.

· Existing UAE candidate network will be an advantage.

· Good communication and follow-up skills.

· Must be able to handle recruitment independently.

Main Responsibility

The company will provide the staff requirement, and the HR Officer will be responsible for finding, screening and arranging suitable candidates until successful hiring/joining.

Salary- 3000 to 4000
