Talent Sourcing

  • Lead and oversee a team to manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate engagement, shortlisting, screening, interview through to offer negotiation and preparation of employment agreements
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to target and attract top talents
  • Provide advisory consultations to hiring departments on the recruitment process, giving recommendations and guidance on the hiring decisions
  • Identify and network with key talent pools to actively head-hunt passive candidates and generate pipeline for current and future roles based on the headcounts required, ensuring suitable tracking methods used to oversee future potential hires
  • Work with department managers to discuss key roles, understand the specification of each vacancy and identify passive talent
  • Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and commence the hiring process
  • Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards
  • Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data
  • Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments
  • Participate and support recruitment activities and events
  • Prepare and generate reports as required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scop

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ of experience in Human Resources with an international hotel chain or Hospitality Industry. Those with prior recruiting experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role.
  • Prior experience in team management and leadership position
  • Possess excellent knowledge of local hiring practices, trends, employment laws / legislations and labor market

  • Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Applicants who are familiar or have knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) will have an advantage for the role.
