ABOUT THE ROLE

Hudson RPO is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Sainte-Foy, Québec. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruitment professional with proven experience leading a team and managing full-cycle recruitment.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage and mentor a team of four recruiters while actively participating in end-to-end recruitment activities. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to the client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions that align with their business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support a team of 4 recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various functions, from intake to offer.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with client expectations.
  • Report regularly on recruitment activity and team performance.
  • Promote best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and diversity hiring.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing recruitment teams (ideally 4 or more direct reports).
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is an asset.
