Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition – Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong team management capabilities, ability to work under tight timelines, and effective stakeholder management with senior business leaders. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver hiring targets across functions. Drive end-to-end recruitment for related domains. Ensure hiring within defined TAT while maintaining quality of hires. Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions. Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (portals, referrals, networking, etc.). Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and continuously improve hiring efficiency. Bring in best practices and market insights to strengthen hiring processes. Qualifications qualification & Experience MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (HR). 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Industrial Automation or related engineering domains. Proven experience in managing recruitment team and handling high-volume hiring under tight timelines. Key Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Data-driven approach towards recruitment and reporting.
