Job Description Job Purpose: Working as part of the HR Business Partnering team,you will help to develop and be responsible for ensuring that recruitment is delivered for your area/region, as well as supporting the execution of the regional Talent Acquisition Strategy. You will lead direct hiring activity to deliver full end-to-end talent acquisition solutions, ensuring best practice and the delivery of excellent customer and candidate experience. As a Lead, you will also be a champion for hiring in line with the organisational culture and ensuring Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is clearly communicated throughout the hiring process. You will partner with key stakeholders and functional leads to understand the business’ current and future talent requirements, challenges, and pain points, to develop and execute a hiring strategy both directly and through your team members. Main Responsibilities: Directly managing the full life cycle talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers. Collaborate with local functional stakeholders and key HR stakeholders, to understand hiring projections, needs and challenges, using data and insights, to develop a hiring strategy and deliver on agreed objectives. Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start-to-finish that accurately reflects Rotork’s EVP and contribute to the development of Rotork’s employer brand, whilst championing DEI initiatives, to bring strong, diverse talent into Rotork. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline using direct and passive sourcing techniques, which will include the design and delivery of functional resourcing strategies (attraction, marketing, resource planning etc.). Coach, mentor and manage team members to ensure delivery against objectives and that best practices are upheld. Coach, influence and support hiring managers around hiring process best practice, providing guidance and on routes to market and solutions to overcome hiring challenges. Support the management of recruitment resources and associated relationships within your region, including the Approved Supplier List (ASL) of recruitment agencies. Ensure data integrity for your region, including ATS data and reporting accuracy, also ensuring legal compliance and best practices are upheld throughout the hiring and employment processes e.g. GDPR. Working flexibly as part of a global team, picking up varied talent acquisitions responsibilities as required by business needs. Qualifications Required skills and competencies: A varied Talent Acquisition background (agency or internal) ideally with some exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or other technical functions. The capability to lead, coach and help develop others, to achieve hiring objectives. Proven experience developing and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline. Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines. Experience partnering with key stakeholders to understand and overcome hiring challenges. The capability to develop local hiring strategies and contribute to an overall organisational talent strategy. Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint. An understanding of APAC Employment law and how to mitigate associated risks. Exposure to global recruitment practice and experience of working within global organisations.
