Job Description Talent Sourcing; utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles, with big multinational organizations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent English language skills
