We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and take the lead in shaping the future of our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping our company scale by implementing best practices, leading a TA team, and aligning recruitment strategies with our overarching business goals. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. In this role, you will: Drive and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition process to meet the needs of a growing organization. Lead and coach a team of Talent Acquisition team members. Ensure that attraction and recruitment processes are aligned with defined HR goals. Create, participate, and develop strategies in TA development activities and other HR-related projects and initiatives. Complete investigations and recommend actions based on findings (staffing needs, review metrics, source channels, training, competency development and process implementation needs, etc.). Provide clear communication on TA development programs, updates and policies to HR and leadership teams. Work closely with other team members in our HR Department, including Training & Development. What we expect of you: 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 1 year in a leadership role. A strong understanding of the best TA practices and their alignment with other HR processes. Prior experience in handling objections at various management levels. Exceptional communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English. A data-driven mindset and a strategic approach. Enjoy taking and solving TA challenges proactively. The salary for this position ranges from 22 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3600 Eur – 5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get *bonuses. *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
