This role requires a combination of intelligence, creativity, agility, and strong problem-solving and execution skills to help us identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines Work closely with hiring managers and the CEO to understand role requirements and craft tailored sourcing strategies Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and needs Requirements At least 3 years in talent sourcing & recruitment Proven natural intelligence and problem-solving of complex operational and execution tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
