This is the biggest change to the Accor Plus business in over 30 years, making it the most exciting time to join us in 2025 About the role The Talent Acquisition & Learning Executive’s purpose is to support recruitment and training operations across Indonesia, aligning local processes and standards to the broader APAC strategy. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Recruiting end to end roles for Accor Plus across Indonesia Coordinating the smooth onboarding of new recruits into the business Facilitating training programs for new hires Coaching and developing employees to help drive better performance through learning Another important aspect of the role includes partnering with local business leaders in our outbound Telesales business, which will be the primary focus of your new recruits. About You Our ideal candidate must be confident working in a dual-purpose role, with the ability to deliver both recruitment and training programs. The absolute must have qualities include: Strong English communication skills Experience in either Recruitment or Training & Development Sales experience Candidates with both Recruitment AND Training & Development experience will be highly regarded. Other advantageous (but non-mandatory) experience includes: Coaching or Team Management Sales leadership Outbound Telesales Why Us?
