We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent sourcing strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of sourcing for multiple skillsets, employment law, and advanced recruiting tools to attract top talent efficiently. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce and supporting long-term business growth through effective talent management and succession planning. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels, from campus recruitment to executive search. Utilize ATS systems to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate data. Conduct targeted outreach through social media management, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management to attract qualified candidates. Ensure legal adherence and fair hiring practices are followed. Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations, training & development initiatives, and succession planning efforts. Lead employer branding initiatives by leveraging social media platforms and other channels to enhance the company's visibility in the talent market. Provide guidance on internal recruiting strategies and support leadership in talent management initiatives. Experience 3 plus years of managing a Talent Acquisition Team. Experience building and executing on recruiting strategies in a fast pace organiziation. Ability to anayze data and present back to leadership. Demonstrated ability to utilize ATS platforms effectively. Excellent communication skills with experience in relationship management and candidate engagement through social media management and cold calling. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to hiring practices. Experience in training & development programs related to talent acquisition processes. Minimum Qualifications Human Resources degree or related field, or equivalent work experience, required At least three years of managing a team of talent acquisition specialist Drives results in all phases of the recruitment and hiring process Physical Demands Sitting for Extended Periods Computer Use Meetings and Collaboration Communication Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times Occasional Travel Work Environment Office Setting: Much of the work is conducted in an office environment, where the Talent Acquisition Specialist performs recruitment-related tasks, conducts interviews, and manages applicant tracking systems. Desk Work: Extended periods of time spent at a desk, using a computer, and engaging in tasks such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Collaboration: Collaborating with hiring managers, department heads, and other team members to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Phone and Video Communication: Engaging in phone and video interviews with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Technology Use: Regular use of computers and various software tools for tasks such as applicant tracking, resume screening, and communication. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Use: Utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Job Postings: Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Candidate Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and regular updates. Data Analysis: Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
