About the Role We’re looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our recruiting operations. You’ll manage a team of passionate recruiters, streamline processes, and help shape our workforce strategy as we expand. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure Alongside ABA attracts and retains the best people to serve our clients — while maintaining full compliance with California employment regulations. Oversee and improve recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure job postings, interviews, and offers comply with California law (FEHA, Equal Pay, and wage transparency). Partner with HR and Operations to forecast staffing needs and meet clinic expansion timelines. Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, acceptance rates, retention, and diversity). Build strong relationships with schools, universities, and certification programs to strengthen pipelines. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every step of the hiring process. Train hiring managers on interviewing and candidate experience best practices. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing or leading a team. Strong understanding of California employment laws and compliance requirements. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or education preferred. Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Paylocity, BambooHR, or JazzHR) and sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinedIn, etc.).
