As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, connecting brilliant minds with opportunities that allow them to thrive, contribute and grow. You’ll lead with integrity, collaborate across borders and champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect our commitment to excellence, fairness, and sustainability. In this role you will plays a strategic role in shaping our workforce by overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities that align with business goals and culture , but also have the opportunity to contribute in:    Strategic Leadership Foster a high-performing team culture built on trust, accountability, and learning. Partner with People Advisors to deliver efficient, effective hiring outcomes.   Talent Acquisition Operations Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across Australia. Innovate sourcing strategies to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience. Collaborate regionally to drive process consistency and improvement. Partner across Inclusion, Talent Development, Mobility, and Advisory teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.   Strategy & Projects Align workforce planning with business strategy and market trends. Activate our EVP to attract and retain talent through branding, partnerships, and outreach. Champion inclusive and ethical hiring practices across all levels. Lead compliance, governance, and risk mitigation aligned with Group and Regional standards. Build future-ready talent pipelines for emerging business needs.   Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders. Navigate complex priorities with empathy, insight, and diplomacy. Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional problem-solving and foster diverse perspectives. Ensure transparency through regular updates and reporting.   Development & Growth Access a dedicated budget for technical training and development.
