We seek to responsibly create lasting prosperity today and for generations to come.   Job Opening Details:   If our mission statement piques your interest, we encourage you to apply for the currently open position of Talen Acquisition Manager to work Monday - Friday. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the full lifecycle of recruiting, with a strong focus on building and scaling our intern program, strengthening our campus presence, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality hiring experience across the organization. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, including ownership of job descriptions, interview guides, scorecards and hiring processes that support consistency, and strong talent outcomes.   Key Responsibilities:  * Manage full‑cycle recruiting across the organization, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding coordination. * Lead intake calls with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. * Design, manage, and continuously improve the intern program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and conversion strategies. Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, student groups, and faculty. Coordinate internship events, mentorship programs, and performance checkpoints. Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities. * Create, maintain, and improve structured interview guides aligned with competencies and role expectations. * Develop and maintain accurate, compelling job descriptions and partner with compensation on benchmarking. * Train and support hiring managers on interviewing, selection best practices, and delivering a strong candidate experience. * Provide regular updates, insights, and data to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process. * Collaborate with leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies. * Optimize recruiting processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience. * Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.   Job Qualifications: Required * Strong ability to build trust and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners. * Skilled at balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities. * Excellent communication skills, with clear, timely, and professional interactions across all audiences. * Approachable, polished, and empathetic style that reflects well on the organization and enhances the candidate and hiring‑manager experience. * Commitment to delivering a responsive, solution-focused experience, including resolving issues quickly and diplomatically. * Strong organizational and project‑management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency, driving hiring processes forward and ensuring timely decision‑making.
