REQUIREMENTS:

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German full working proficiency is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across BESTSECRET - from Engineering and Buying to Finance, People, and more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, design tailored hiring strategies, and deliver top talent that enables our continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, thrives in ambiguity, and can build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for positions of varying seniority across multiple business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategies.
  • Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates to build strong pipelines.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use data and market insights to advise stakeholders and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
  • Represent BESTSECRET’s employer brand in all candidate interactions.
