The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for defining and executing the local talent acquisition strategy in alignment with global guidelines. In collaboration with local business leaders, they determine the best strategies to meet recruitment needs and ensure a consistent and compliant recruitment process. This role includes overseeing the end-to-end recruitment experience, potentially managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a localized talent acquisition strategy based on global frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Continuously assess and optimize recruitment strategies to meet evolving needs.
Partner with local business leads to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Manage the sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and selection processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Continuously assess processes to guarantee the organization adheres to best practices and legal requirement
Potentially manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Provide training and guidance to ensure team effectiveness, growth, and adherence to recruitment standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and relevant recruitment metrics. Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring practices.
Experience in managing recruitment processes and collaborating with senior business leaders.
Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
