We have an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manger in our Mason, OH location.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, hiring and onboarding the best talent. Works with the various site Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders including compensations specialists to ensure there is alignment with new and replacement roles. This includes managing job bidding, promotions, transfers and other job level changes. Will provide recruiting support to other locations, including Distribution Center sites.
  • Talent Acquisition Process Leader: Counsels and advises location Recruiters and internal hiring managers regarding Clopay’s recruitment process. Manages the recruitment process to ensure it’s effectiveness and ensures that stakeholders are trained. Ensures that the program is aligned with Clopay’s Mission and Values.
  • Manage Job Descriptions: Serves as a resource to build, improve and revise job descriptions to ensure success in the candidate search. Maintains a library of job descriptions and works with HRIS systems for compatibility and consistency.
  • HR Reporting / Analytics: Manages the metrics tied to recruiting including turnover, time to fill, cost effective talent acquisition.
  • Manage Relationships with Suppliers : Manages the sites utilized for recruiting as well as any 3rd party recruiters. Also manages costs associated with these services.
  • Manages Intern Program: Create and manage all programs associated with the acquisition of interns.
  • External Presence and Legal: Ensures that our selection process are compliant with all applicable regulations. Puts Clopay in the best possible light in all public forums.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
