Now, we’re looking for another driven, entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team and take direct ownership in finding the best people in the world. Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment from A-Z Attracting, inspiring, and engaging top global talent through strong relationship management and exceptional candidate experience. Partnering with line managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand their culture, goals, and talent needs. Acting as a trusted advisor who challenges, guides, and elevates how our teams think about talent. Building scalable recruitment practices that will fuel the next stage of our international growth. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on recruitment or sales experience in a high-paced, start-up or scale-up environment Strong competence and desire to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike The resilience and drive to thrive under pressure, while balancing multiple priorities. Sharp communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire candidates and stakeholders alike. Outstanding organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Fluency in English. Additional languages such as German or French are a plus
