Job Responsibilities: Job Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for specific roles. Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed. Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines. Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.
