We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager Talent Acquisition with strong experience in Blue Collar and White Collar hiring. The role will be approximately 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. A strong understanding of both blue-collar and white-collar hiring landscapes is essential. The role requires a blend of strategic talent acquisition and operational HR functions.
