We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our hiring efforts as we continue to scale. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple teams and markets. You’ll work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and the People & Culture team to build structured hiring processes, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure we consistently bring exceptional people into the company. Key responsibilities: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer stage Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employer branding initiatives Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness Help build and refine scalable hiring processes as the company grows Work with external recruitment partners when needed Ensure a high level of organization, communication, and ownership throughout the hiring process Requirements: Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar role Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring processes Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates Experience working in fast-paced or scaling environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluency in English Nice to have: Experience recruiting for tech, product, or digital roles Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other fast-growing digital industries Familiarity with ATS systems and structured hiring processes Experience supporting employer branding initiatives What we offer: Competitive salary Discretionary bonus Premium health insurance Career and skills development opportunities Fun and collaborative team environment Location Sofia (Hybrid) Department People and Culture Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Experienced
