• Completed relevant studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in holistic recruiting for filling industrial, commercial and engineering positions in both collectively agreed and non-collectively agreed sectors.
• Solid knowledge in the field of interviewing through structured and competency-based interviews

• Flexible working hours (flextime)
• Up to €80,000 gross annual salary in the first year of employment (for 40 hours/week)
