  • QualificationsBachelors degree in HR or Business; Masters preferred.
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance, and compensation structures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
