Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in the furniture industry and at least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles, while also contributing to core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role demands cultural sensitivity, as you will be working with candidates and employees of all nationalities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and a proven background in the furniture or interior fit-out industry.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work with and manage employees from all nationalities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/ATS systems, and recruitment platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required
