JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale our recruiting function from the ground up. This is more than just filling roles — it’s about shaping the future of our company through world-class talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Build the Talent Acquisition function — from strategy to execution. You’ll establish and refine scalable processes that attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

  • Partner deeply with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing and attraction strategies that align with business goals.
  • Source and attract top-tier talent across a range of roles (sales, operations, corporate functions and more) using creative channels and compelling storytelling.
  • Define and enhance our employer brand — you’re not just a recruiter; you’re our brand ambassador in the talent market.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every candidate leaves with a great impression, whether they’re hired or not.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance, efficiency, and quality.
