We’re growing – and to help grow our highly motivated and driven Haiilo team we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for 12 months to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hamburg.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us find and hire great people to join our fabulous Haiilo team. You’ll focus on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting the assessment process, working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team. You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about our culture, our product and our mission — and you’ll have the chance to learn, grow and contribute to making our hiring experience the best it can be.

• You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to contract signature
• You conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• You source and engage talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and others
• You collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs
