Description

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This position contributes to reliable, compliant hiring processes by combining structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation. Key Responsibilities • Set delivery priorities, workload allocation, and quality checkpoints across hiring pipelines • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements • Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control • Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Benefits • Salary range: 600,000 - 830,000 • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage. • to learn more about Haldren, please see: Haldren Premier Recruitment Agency
