About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our seasoned and structured Talent Acquisition (TA) team supporting both regional and corporate hiring across Canada. This is a player-coach role, ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, mentoring a team of experienced recruiters, and directly recruiting for senior-level corporate roles (Director and above). You will also drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, talent pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, food service, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bilingualism in French/English is a definite asset.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proven success in recruiting senior-level talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
